Design Notes

It has been designed adding to the CDS sequence: GCGCCGTCTCGCTCGA upstream and GCTTTGAGCGAGACGGCGC downstream. These sequences allow the assembly of the part into BBa_P10500 with a Golden Gate reaction using BsmbI endonuclease.
